Under exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use our discretion but by default, we will align with our terms and conditions here.

Yes. Attending this event will be more powerful when done with friends and family, who are also leaders in their field

Absolutely. This program exists to increase leadership capacity and capability, which can be treated as a leadership development, training or upskilling expense.

We can provide appropriate tax invoices to comply with expense obligations.

To ensure the safety of all guests, we are closely monitoring the latest guidance from public health authorities and following recommended guidelines. Rest assured that the chosen facility will be regularly cleaned and high-touch surfaces are sanitised. We encourage all guests to follow recommended safety guidelines, including staying home if feeling unwell, and practising good hygiene.

We prioritise the safety and well-being of our guests and have taken all necessary precautions to ensure that medical needs can be met on-site. There will be multiple certified first-aid personnel available at all times during the retreat, and the chosen facility will be fully equipped to provide basic first aid treatment in case of an emergency.

At our event, we are committed to promoting holistic health practices that benefit both the mind and body. We offer a wide range of practices, such as breathwork, cold immersion, and IR sauna therapy, as well as the use of safe and legal adaptogens like lion’s mane and reishi mushroom extracts and exogenous ketones.

In addition, we utilise various technology devices that emit mild EMF pulses or vibrations to enhance wellness practices.

If you have a pacemaker, implant, or are taking prescription medications, please make sure to disclose this information in the complete Four Pillar Assessment, so our team can provide any necessary accommodations to ensure your safety and comfort during the experience.

Although the XYup event will take place over four days and three nights in May 2024, the program actually spans three months, beginning 2 months prior and concluding 1 month after the event.

Prior to the in-person event, we will collect and assess your genetic code, measure your bodily ‘exhaust’, evaluate your nutritional needs, track your daily health metrics, and provide a tailored plan to address your unique mind and body.

Our goal is to help you unlock your full potential as a leader and achieve optimal health and wellness.

*The US$9,995 cost is all-inclusive (retreat accommodation, meals, activities, clinical diagnostics, wearables, executive coaching, workshops, platform access).

You simply cover the costs to travel to Hamilton, New Zealand for the in-person event.

Rachel Kelly, MSc(Hons) and Luke Taylor (PGDip SpSciHP) are the creators of this program. With a combined experience of over 30 years in the health, wellness, and life science industry, they have spent the last 4 years developing and refining this program, working with top-level executives across Australia and New Zealand.

Their goal is to empower and elevate leaders by providing them with unique and effective tools for enhancing their mind and body. Now, they are excited to expand their reach and positively impact more global leaders through this program.

We have handpicked a group of remarkable leaders who will be attending the event as guests and will be sharing their invaluable insights and experiences through intimate fireside chats.

To maintain the exclusivity of the event, we have chosen not to formally disclose their identities. Rest assured, these speakers have been carefully selected to add immense value to the program and enhance your overall experience.

To ensure that every guest receives the most up-to-date and accurate schedule, we provide the daily schedule every morning during the retreat event.

If you’d like a glimpse into what you can expect during the experience, you can reach out to us for an example day as reference point.

Yes. Our private chef will provide organic meals tailored to your individual genetic predispositions and dietary requirements.

All meals during the XYup event are included in the program investment.

The in-person segment of XYup is delivered at the Lakeside Resort next to Lake Karapiro in New Zealand.

If traveling by air, you’d ideally fly into Hamilton International Airport.

The remainder of our experience is delivered through online platforms which are designed to keep all your health data and information transfer safe and secure.

Our first day of the in-person retreat starts at 10am on Friday 15th March and finishes at 4:30pm on Monday 18th March.

Some of our guests like to come the night before we start and stay in the area so they are closer to the retreat on day one. Others may want to stay an additional night in the area at the end of the retreat and head home the following day.

We can either accommodate guests onsite or recommend a local hotel to stay. If you have questions, please contact us.
